Ayowole Adeoti is the President and CEO of True Outreach Inc. Houston Texas. He graduated from University of Lagos, with a Bachelor degree in Management in 1984 and Master of Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology 2001. In his passion to serve his community through counseling and reduction of an epidemic of drug problems that severe many families and homes he returns to College and obtains another Master degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University Minneapolis, Minnesota.
He began his mental health and substance abuse services as habilitation technician and rose to the position of Group home manager, given him the professional experience needed to work with people with cognitive disability and co-occurrent diagnosis. His professional experience involves fifteen years of experience in Substance abuse counseling in a Methadone clinic, the Therapeutic community set up and outpatient treatment programs. He works extensively with the population such as Teens, Adolescents, Adult, and offenders.
He works with several substance abuse provider programs and work in various capacity as the Certified substance abuse professional before returning to college and obtain his degree in Mental health counseling.
He is a member of Chi Sigma Iota (CSI), Omega Zeta (OZ) chapter; CSI is an international honor society that values academic and professional excellence in counseling.
He holds a professional license in the state of Texas as License substance abuse counselor and North Carolina board of substance Abuse professional practice board as Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist(Associate).
Antoinette has more than 6 years of experience counseling adults, youth and families toward recovery from substance abuse. She is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and has experienced in working with dual diagnoses clients. Antoinette entered the counseling field because she recognized a need for counselors with a philosophy that builds on the client’s strengths, and her ability to counsel adults, youth and families is unrivaled.
She holds an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice (School of Public Affairs) Texas Southern University-Houston. She has a diverse educational and employment background which demonstrates her professional development. She is a Counselor as prescribed by the Department of Health and Human Services (Formerly known as Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drugs-Texas Governing Body). Earlene is also a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist. Currently, she teaches and administers the Drug Offender Education classes here she is the Administrator and /Instructor. These classes are DWI (Driving while Intoxicated) DWI Repeat Offender (32-hour course); and the Texas Drug Offender duration (15hour course).
Earlene Rayden has fast experience in assisting persons who have been incarcerated and do not want to return to prison. She assists her client with the tools necessary for transitioning into mainstream of society by addressing the issues impacting both the offender’s family and the offender. She has a strong knowledge of the community and resources with past experiences in the grassroots campaign to make Houston a better place for all persons.
She is a mature person with great deal of experience that allows her the opportunity to maximize service to others. Her background is to assist persons who are drug affected, or drug addicted in their cognitive thinking patterns to make better choices and decisions for a productive life. Her life time goal is to offer her skills and abilities to the Houston Community and help others overcome life controlling issues. In her leisure, she enjoys music and volunteers in various organizations.
